Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

Every retail vehicle purchase includes a 7-day return privilege from the delivery date, provided the vehicle has been driven fewer than 500 miles since delivery. This policy applies to all used vehicles we sell; Crescent Line Motors does not sell new vehicles.

Eligibility Conditions

• The vehicle is in the same mechanical and cosmetic condition as at delivery.
• No accident, collision or flood damage has occurred since delivery.
• No aftermarket parts, wraps, tints or modifications have been installed.
• Title has not been transferred to a third party and no liens have been added.
• All keys, manuals, floor mats and accessories are returned with the vehicle.

Vehicle Exchange Option

Instead of a return, you may exchange your vehicle for any other unit in our inventory within the same window. Price differences are settled at the original transaction terms.

How To Start A Return

• Call (800) 746-4014 or email info@crescentlinemotorsllc.com within the 7-day window.
• Book a return inspection appointment at our Irondale, Alabama location.
• Bring the vehicle, both keys, your purchase agreement and your photo ID.
• Our team completes a condition report, usually within 45 minutes.

Non-Returnable Purchases

• Wholesale, auction and clearly marked as-is bargain-lot vehicles.
• Vehicles purchased for commercial fleet or export use.
• Special-order or consignment units, unless stated in your agreement.
• Installed parts, accessories and fluids once fitted or opened.

Fees On Return

Returns within the window carry no restocking fee. Government fees already remitted — registration, licensing and taxes — are non-recoverable. Excess mileage beyond 500 miles is charged at $0.45 per mile, and any new damage is deducted at documented repair cost.
