Refund Policy
Clear numbers, clear timelines. Here is exactly how deposits, returns and cancelled work are refunded, and what cannot be recovered.
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Deposit Refunds
Hold deposits are fully refundable if you cancel within the 72-hour hold period or if financing is declined. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Deposits apply only to used vehicles; Crescent Line Motors does not sell new vehicles.
Refunds On Approved Returns
When a return is approved under our Return Policy, you receive the vehicle purchase price less non-recoverable government fees, documented damage and any excess mileage charges. A written refund statement is provided before funds are released.
Processing Timelines
- Debit and credit card refunds: 3 – 7 business days after approval.
- Bank transfer and certified funds: 5 – 10 business days.
- Financed purchases: the lender payout is issued first, then any customer equity is refunded.
- Trade-in credit is restored as vehicle value or cash equivalent where the trade has already been sold.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Registration, licensing, title transfer and taxes remitted to authorities.
- Installed accessories, fluids and consumables.
- Third-party warranty or insurance premiums after their own cooling-off period.
- Delivery and transport costs already incurred on your behalf.
Cancelled Service Work
Service or reconditioning deposits are refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle are refundable only if the supplier accepts their return.
Disputes
