Delivery Options

• All deliveries are for pre-owned/used vehicles only; Crescent Line Motors does not sell new vehicles.
• Dealership pickup at 4405 Crescent Road, Irondale, Alabama — always complimentary.
• Local home or office delivery within 100 miles — complimentary on certified vehicles.
• Regional open-carrier transport, 100 – 500 miles — quoted per vehicle.
• Nationwide enclosed transport for premium units — quoted per vehicle.

Timelines

Delivery is scheduled once payment has cleared and all documents are signed. Local deliveries are typically completed in 1 – 3 business days, regional transport in 3 – 7 business days and long-distance enclosed transport in 5 – 14 business days depending on carrier routing and weather.

Costs And Quotes

Transport quotes are provided in writing before you commit and are valid for 14 days. Quotes cover carrier fees, insurance in transit and fuel surcharges. Ferry, toll or remote-access charges are itemised separately where they apply.

Preparation Before Dispatch

• Full detail, fluid top-up and safety inspection prior to loading.
• Photo condition report taken at pickup and shared with you.
• Temporary registration or transit permit arranged where required.
• Both keys, manuals and service records packed with the vehicle.

Inspection On Arrival

Inspect the vehicle with the driver before signing the delivery receipt. Note any transit damage on the bill of lading and contact us within 24 hours so we can open a carrier insurance claim on your behalf.

Delays And Rescheduling

Carrier delays caused by weather, road closures or mechanical issues are outside our control; we keep you updated and never charge for a rescheduled window. Missed delivery appointments may incur a carrier re-attempt fee.

Parts And Accessory Shipments

Ordered parts and accessories ship by ground courier within 2 business days and are tracked to your address. Oversized items may require freight delivery with an appointment.
