Acceptance Of Terms

By browsing this website, submitting a form or purchasing a vehicle from Crescent Line Motors, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Vehicle Listings And Pricing

• All vehicles offered for sale are pre-owned/used vehicles. Crescent Line Motors does not sell new vehicles.
• Listings, photos, specifications and availability are provided in good faith and may change without notice.
• Advertised prices exclude taxes, licensing, registration and documentation fees unless stated otherwise.
• Typographical or system errors do not obligate us to honour an incorrect price; you will be notified before any sale is completed.
• Monthly payment estimates are illustrations only and are not offers of credit.

Deposits And Holds

A vehicle can be held with a refundable deposit for up to 72 hours. Deposits are applied to the purchase price at delivery and are returned in full if you decide not to proceed within the hold period.

Financing Applications

Submitting a credit application authorises us and our lending partners to obtain credit reports and verify the information you provide. Approval, rate and term are determined solely by the lender.

Warranties

Certified vehicles include the coverage described on their listing. Vehicles sold as-is carry no dealer warranty beyond any remaining manufacturer coverage. All warranty terms are set out in your signed purchase documents, which prevail over website content.

Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, republish or resell our listings, photography or pricing data.
• Do not submit false information, another person’s credit details or fraudulent payment.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescent Line Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our dealership operates. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
