Certified Vehicle Coverage

Certified vehicles pass a 120-point inspection and include a 6-month / 6,000-mile limited powertrain warranty covering engine, transmission and drive axle components, with roadside assistance for the same term. All vehicles offered by Crescent Line Motors are pre-owned/used vehicles; we do not sell new vehicles.

As-Is Vehicles

Vehicles marked as-is are sold without dealer warranty. Any remaining manufacturer coverage transfers with the vehicle. We disclose known faults in writing on the buyer’s guide before you sign.

Extended Protection Plans

• Optional plans from 12 to 60 months, underwritten by third-party administrators.
• Coverage tiers for powertrain, comprehensive and electronics components.
• Claims are handled directly by the administrator at any licensed repair facility.
• Plans may be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund if unused.

What Is Not Covered

• Wear items such as brake pads, tyres, wipers and filters.
• Damage from collision, misuse, racing, neglect or missed maintenance.
• Aftermarket modifications and any failure they cause.
• Cosmetic wear, odours, rattles and normal ageing.

Making A Warranty Claim

Stop driving the vehicle if a covered failure occurs, call our service desk at (800) 746-4014 and book a diagnosis before authorising repairs. Repairs performed without prior authorisation may not be reimbursed.
